From 1st October, the way you access a GP appointment will be changing!

Modern General Practice focuses on creating a more efficient, responsive and patient centred primary care service. Patients can access care through various means, including telephone, online services and in person visits ensuring timely and convenient care.

All patients who request to see a GP will need to complete our online triage form. This is available through our website Online Services - Ecclesfield Group Practice or the NHS APP. Our receptionist can also complete the form with you on the telephone or at our reception desk.

Our GPs will triage your form within 3 to 5 working days, efficiently getting you to the right healthcare professional or service, in the appropriate time frame (including consideration of continuity of care) moving away from a ‘first come first served approach’.
